We’re proud to deliver our Community Connections program here in our region, in partnership with the South Australian Department of Human Services.

This program is designed to support people who may be feeling isolated or disconnected by helping strengthen community networks and build independence. Through personalised support, we help individuals grow in confidence, access local services, and engage in social activities that matter to them.

Our focus is to help our community members:

• Improve wellbeing and independence

• Connect with others in meaningful ways

• Access local services, activities, and support networks

We welcome referrals from individuals, families, service providers, and community groups.
